Yoga Flow

Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility, endurance, balance & mental clarity. 

These classes will leave you inspired, energized, and empowered. Perfect for EVERYONE who wants to move, sweat, & challenge your edge.



YOD programming is designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness, and awareness of your body. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, coordination. YOD is Intentional exercise. You get the yoga vibes combined with a high intensity, sweaty workout. We’re proud to say we don’t use props or equipment in YOD. You’ll leave this class ready to take on the world!


Body Fusion

This class will challenge all skill levels. Our resistance class develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Circuit-based training class using your own body weight, along with different props, to raise your heart rate and sculpt your muscles. It’s low-impact and high-intensity. We focus on perfecting form to make each session safe and effective.


Core Blast

We will do more than just crunches. This class will hit your entire core…the foundation of all body movement. Then a guided static (stretch and hold) class focusing on the entire body. Great for people looking to increase mobility and/or aid in recovery. Very relaxing and restorative. Finish with a guided belly breathing meditation.


Private Sessions

Receive one-on-one or small group sessions at JMD Wellness studio, your home, or place of business. Private Sessions are an awesome opportunity to learn, explore, and deepen your practice. We will create a practice just for YOU with plenty of tools and tips for modifications and variations for your individual needs, as well as explore questions. Learn the fundamentals while deepening your understanding of body mechanics, breath and movement. Private Sessions are extremely helpful in establishing a solid, grounded practice.
