Yoga Flow

Our Vinyasa style classes are for students at all levels of practice. Students will build strength, flexibility, endurance, balance & mental clarity. Classes will leave you inspired, energized, and empowered. Perfect for EVERYONE who wants to move, sweat and challenge your edge.

YOD (Yoga + HIIT)

YOD programming is designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness, and awareness of your body. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, coordination. YOD is Intentional exercise. You get the yoga vibes combined with a high intensity, sweaty workout. We’re proud to say we don’t use props or equipment in YOD. You’ll leave this class ready to take on the world!


 

Private YOGA Sessions

Receive one-on-one or small group yoga sessions at JMD Wellness yoga studio. Private Sessions are an awesome opportunity to learn, explore, and deepen your yoga practice. We will create a practice just for YOU with plenty of tools and tips for modifications and variations for your individual needs, as well as explore questions. Learn the yoga fundamentals while deepening your understanding of body mechanics, breath and movement. Private Yoga Sessions are extremely helpful in establishing a solid, grounded practice.
